Items are new in box, and ready to ship from Bagworth, UK. All items are shipped within 1-2 business days after payment has cleared. Packages can be tracked online. We ship using FedEx and Royal Mail.
Purchasing small and medium-sized parts over £100 in value includes a free shipping option. Contact us for additional shipping discounts for domestic and international orders.
Packages to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses are only shipped using Royal Mail and may require an additional surcharge depending upon your location. There are also certain instances where over-sized packages and expedited shipments may require additional charges or be unavailable for delivery in certain locations.
Orders with the Dodge Challenger have an additional 1 to 3 business days of handling time as we apply your customizations. In these cases we will contact you to verify all shipping and customization details.
Orders placed on Friday may not ship until the following business day. For Next Day Saturday delivery, please contact us via email right away to ensure that you receive your package on time.
For credit card purchases, we must ship the order to the verified and matched billing address of the credit card in order to have seller protection for the transaction. If you are trying to have an item shipped to a different address other than this, the system may block the transaction or we may contact you to void the transaction.
